Clay Class - Open Level - Summer 2021 (online)

Join our resident artist and Pottery Throw Down's Cáit Gould to explore the possibilities clay offers in a friendly, relaxed environment.

Suitable for beginners and more experienced potters alike.

The 5 week course is suitable as a taster or for a specific small project, while the 10 week course enables you to develop your making and decorating skills further. Equipment, materials, firings and glaze included.

For those taking part online, clay will be available for collection from The Base accompanied with a list of neccessary tools.

How it will work:

  • Download the app Zoom for free via the Appstore.
  • Prior to the event starting, participants will be invited to join a Zoom 'meeting' via email. In this email, you will be given a Meeting ID and Password.
  • On the Zoom app, tap 'join meeting'. You will then be prompted to insert a Meeting ID and Password.
  • Type in your Meeting ID and Password. You will then be able to see and hear the practitioner, along with the other participants, and enjoy the sessions.

All places must be booked in advance. Booking closes 24 hours before the course start time. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
