Unfortunately, this course is no longer taking place. Take a look at all the other workshops and classes at The Base here.

Focusing on the traditional discipline of still life studies, this course will give a balance of observational skills and creative experiments, with the time to discover your own directions.

Teaching as a group and encouraging individualism enjoy this immensely rewarding experience. There will be a selection of different objects and themes to work on and explore throughout the course, focusing on different aspects of observation each week.

Please remember to bring your face covering with you as visitors over the age of 11 are required to wear them in the building, unless you are exempt from wearing one. If you remove your mask to eat or drink you must put it back on straight after.
