Textile in Motion: Intermediate

Develop your skills in free machine embroidery.

With the layering of coloured fabrics, create a landscape picture, which can be developed along a chosen theme, such as woodlands and flower meadows. You will also develop colour theory borrowed from painting techniques to create depth and light in your pictures.

This course is suited to those who have previously attended the Textile in Motion course or have some prior experience.

Duration: 1pm - 3pm

Some materials are included, however you will need to bring a sewing machine with embroidery foot and feed dog that drops and threads. Organza provided but you are welcome to bring your own fabrics too.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
