The World of Peter Rabbit™ Storytime Trail

Saturday 30th Jul 2022 — Sunday 25th Sep 2022, The Base Gallery

Join us at The Base to celebrate a very special rabbit’s 120th birthday, as families immerse themselves in The Tale of Peter Rabbit in this magical walk-through exhibition.

Little bunnies will be able to crawl under the garden gate, hide behind a watering can and see their reflection in a mirror pool, just like Peter Rabbit, as well as getting involved with plenty of photo opportunities and craft activities along the way.

The Tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter was first published by Frederick Warne & Co. (now part of Penguin Random House UK) in 1902. The World of Peter Rabbit™ will be celebrating 120 years of mischief throughout 2022.

In celebration of the anniversary, Frederick Warne & Co. are pleased to present The World of Peter Rabbit™ Storytime Trail, a walk-through exhibition where visitors will be able to immerse themselves in The Tale of Peter Rabbit.

Please note: this event is located at The Base Greenham, RG19 6HN.

Peter Rabbit & Friends Storytime Sessions

Join our special storytelling sessions with Merry-Go-Round Storytelling where the wonderful world of Peter Rabbit will be brought to life through magical characters, fabulous songs and even a chance to join in with the telling of the story.
