Exciting changes for The Base

There are some exciting developments happening at The Base...

Up until this point, bookings for exhibitions and events at The Base have been made via the Corn Exchange’s booking system. In the next stage of The Base’s development as an independent charity (no 1199188), we have moved to our own booking system!

This new system will provide The Base’s visitors with a simple booking pathway from our website and will allow customers to make donations and Gift Aid declarations online, to support the work we do with the community.

What do I need to do?

If you have Base Pass or an upcoming booking, you should have received an email from the Corn Exchange asking whether you are happy to have your data transferred to The Base's system. Please do click the YES or NO buttons within that email if you haven't done so already.

If you booked with us before, you'll still have a Corn Exchange account and contact preferences will stay the same, unless you contact them directly.

The Box Office team at the Corn Exchange will be able to support with telephone (01635 522733) and in-person bookings, as well as at The Base Gallery welcome desk, should this be your preferred method.
