Join Jodie Rose for an introduction to modern calligraphy.

You will be given your own calligraphy kit, including dip pen holder, nib, ink and worksheets, to use throughout the session as well as a 25-minute video from Jodie Rose to watch at home, which covers everything she will teach you in the session!

There will be plenty of one-to-one tuition throughout, so you will have enough time & attention to develop your own style. You will learn the basic strokes, practice writing the lowercase alphabet, learn how to join the letters up to make words and how to add in simple flourishes to elevate your writing. Jodie will also show you techniques which will help you to find your own style. You will finish the workshop completing your very own handwritten greetings card.

There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
