Summer of Clay
Inspired by our summer exhibition, Simplicity and Complexity by Jin Eui Kim, our Summer of Clay gives you a chance to get stuck in to all things pottery.
Play With Clay (Ages 4+)

Adults £36 / Under-18s £21 (under-12s must be accompanied by a paying adult)
Come and explore clay with our family-friendly sessions with Susie from Pots of Hope this summer!
Build, sculpt, model and have fun playing with clay.
What to expect: Whether you are new to clay or have previous experience, these family-friendly sessions are open to all to have fun exploring the possibilities of clay. Susie will give you the guidance and tools necessary for you to simply play with clay. Using air-dry clay, your makes will be ready to take home on the day.
What to bring/wear: Air-dry clay and tools are included. Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting messy.
Benefits: Working with clay offers a wealth of benefits for all ages and abilities. It can improve fine motor skills, encourage creativity, emotional expression and promote relaxation and well-being.
Who is your tutor? Susie runs Pots of Hope. She aims to infuse the day-to-day with optimism. A unique combination of positivity, creativity and hope in every pot she creates or teaches others to make.
