Volunteer at our Festival!
We are looking for people to volunteer in a variety of different roles at our annual fundraising event, The Base's Festival of Arts & Crafts.
On Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June (10am - 4pm), our area of Greenham Business Park will be transformed into a vibrant marketplace, full of stalls exhibiting handmade arts and crafts, as well as a live music stage, food vendors, and activities for families to get involved in.
Entrance to the weekend's events is a suggested donation of £2 per person, with all proceeds going to The Base charity (1199188), helping to support all the wonderful work we present both in our building and out in the local community.
Some of the things we need help with are...
- Setting up the Festival site on Friday 5 June
- Setting up gazebos on the Saturday morning (approx. 8am)
- Standing on our information stall (Sat & Sun)
- Car park stewarding (Sat & Sun)
- Packing down the Festival site on Sunday from 4pm onwards
**We are particularly interested in those who can assist with some heavy lifting, please!**
