Creative residency opportunity

Two of our first-floor studios are now available, and we’re looking for creative businesses to be part of a vibrant, public-facing environment. This is a great opportunity to work alongside other creatives while engaging directly with visitors.

Perhaps you’re a photographer looking for a space for portrait shoots, a designer ready to showcase and sell your latest collection, or a maker keen to connect with customers.

You might also be a coach, marketer, or content creator needing a flexible base for client sessions, filming, or brand activations. The space also suits wellness professionals offering treatments or consultations, as well as stylists, personal shoppers, or consultants looking for a professional yet creative setting to meet clients.

Studio7 and Studio9 are versatile spaces with all the amenities - you’ll be surrounded by like-minded creatives, with opportunities to collaborate, network, and grow your audience.

Whether you’re launching something new or expanding your presence, this is a chance to bring your work to life in a dynamic setting. The studios may also be suitable for pop-ups, short-term projects, or testing new ideas in a supportive environment.

Term length is negotiable - short-term residency interest welcome too!
